Mid-Level Earned Value Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage project controls, cost accounting, and financial analysis by integrating scope, cost, and schedule to measure program performance.
• Implement, maintain, and review Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Track planned value, earned value, and actual cost to generate monthly performance reports, including IPMRs.
• Coordinate with control account managers to explain cost and schedule variances.
• Evaluate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to identify cost risks for program management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of general full-time work experience (advanced education may reduce this requirement).
• 5+ years of directly related experience in earned value analysis or project controls.
• 6+ months of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of Deltek Cobra, Empower, or other EVM software tools.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong mathematical, research, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Deltek Cobra.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Extensive experience with financial systems.
