Mid-Level Associate - White Collar Litigation

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis for complex disputes
• Assist with witness interviews and fact development
• Manage complex communications with clients and opposing parties

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in white-collar litigation
• Proven experience in government investigations and complex disputes
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Superior research, persuasive writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
