Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
• Manage diverse transactional work including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Handle joint ventures, development work, and leasing matters
• Utilize strong business acumen to support client success

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Top academic credentials
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver, or Washington, D.C.

• Experience at a large law firm
