About the role
Responsibilities
- Install and configure Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) hardware and software
- Validate hardware against security and exploitability requirements
- Coordinate with network, security, and messaging teams for seamless integration
- Pilot onsite technicians during installations and perform remote equipment configuration
- Monitor equipment functionality using administration tools
- Provide remote support to onsite teams for meeting room incidents
- Perform firmware and configuration updates
- Produce regular operational reporting and participate in infrastructure evolution projects
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in similar technical roles
- Significant experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of videoconferencing solutions such as Cisco, Poly, or Pexip
- Technical skills in installation, configuration, and maintenance of videoconferencing systems
- Ability to manage incidents and provide effective technical support
- Strong organizational skills and ability to write concise reports
