Microsoft Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft-funded customer engagements including Immersion Briefings, Envisioning Workshops, and technical discovery sessions
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, M365 Copilot, and Azure services
• Prepare customer-specific workshop materials and technical briefing content
• Manage the end-to-end Proof of Execution (POE) process and documentation for Microsoft-funded engagements
• Support pipeline generation and opportunity tracking in CRM platforms
• Collaborate with Microsoft Alliance teams, Presales, and Account Managers to drive regional growth

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft technology consulting, technical presales, or solutions engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and Azure infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Azure compute, storage, networking, and migration scenarios
• Proven experience delivering workshops, training sessions, and technical demonstrations
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, SC-200, AZ-500, AZ-104, or MS-700
