Microsoft Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft-funded customer engagements, including Immersion Briefings, Envisioning Workshops, and technical discovery sessions.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of Microsoft technologies such as Defender, Purview, Sentinel, M365 Copilot, and Azure services.
• Prepare customer-specific workshop materials and technical briefing content tailored to business requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end Proof of Execution (POE) process to ensure accurate documentation and funding claims.
• Support pipeline generation by working with Account Managers to identify opportunities for licensing and managed services.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Alliance teams and regional sales teams to drive alliance growth and program compliance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft technology consulting, technical presales, or solutions engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and Azure infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Azure compute, storage, networking, and migration scenarios.
• Proven experience delivering technical workshops, training sessions, and customer-facing demonstrations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, SC-200, AZ-500, AZ-104, or MS-700.
