Microsoft Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery meetings with clients to understand and document business requirements
• Propose and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
• Customize Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform applications to meet client needs
• Collaborate with developers and configuration resources to define specifications for custom code or data migration
• Create reports and provide training to end-users
• Support firm-level initiatives including recruiting, interviewing, and internal training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications
• Experience working with clients to solve complex problems
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in developing written and visual communication products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients to identify follow-on engagement opportunities
