Microsoft Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security solutions based on the Microsoft security portfolio (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Purview, Intune)
• Develop and maintain security strategies, policies, and guidelines in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Participate in risk assessments and security audits
• Work with solutions including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud Apps, Identity, Office 365, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Intune
• Automate security measures
• Act as an advisor to customers to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 security, design, consulting, and implementation
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft security tools: Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, Intune, Purview
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture, identity management, and access control
• Experience with security automation using PowerShell, KQL, or Logic Apps
• Experience with cloud security in Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as hybrid environments
• Very good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• Information Protection and Compliance Administrator certification
