About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for incidents, service requests, and platform health issues
  • Monitor platform operations using dashboards and alerts
  • Respond to user queries regarding app errors, environment issues, licensing, and governance compliance
  • Execute SOPs for environment provisioning, app certifications, and connector approvals
  • Escalate complex or non-standard issues to Technical Experts, Tech Leads, or Microsoft
  • Maintain documentation of known issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
  • Update and manage ServiceNow Request Catalog items and their workflows
  • Support user adoption through documentation, FAQs, and guidance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, platform administration, or IT operations
  • Strong familiarity with Power Platform fundamentals (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel integration)
  • Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills (error code analysis, diagnostic tools, logs)
  • Knowledge of Power Platform administration, governance, security, and licensing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow complex SOPs
  • Proficiency in English (C1 Advanced level)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or AZ-900
  • Programming exposure to TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CoE Toolkit
  • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, DAX, or Power Query
