Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect & Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions utilizing Dataverse as the central data platform.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, including environment strategy, data modeling, and security architecture.
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading workshops, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior developers and support pre-sales activities including solution scoping and effort estimation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Model-Driven Applications using Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security roles, and enterprise solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Python.
• Strong experience with ALM and DevOps practices within Power Platform environments.
• Excellent business analysis skills, including the ability to create process maps and functional documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications such as PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, or PL-600.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, CPG, or Construction.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
• Exposure to Databricks, Dataiku, or Azure AI Services.
