Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and support of solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Own the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform backlog, prioritizing work and managing delivery.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Act as an escalation point for application issues and provide third-line support.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation covering solution design, configuration, and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance, oversight, and training to offshore delivery resources.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, and solution configuration.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for customizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for user interface customization.
• Proficiency using Git code repositories within Azure DevOps for version control.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Kanban.
• Proficiency using Jira for task tracking and backlog management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Factory and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Understanding of how AI-enabled capabilities can enhance Power Apps development.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
