Microsoft Dynamics Admin

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics systems, including user management, security roles, and system settings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows
• Perform regular system maintenance activities, including database backups, performance tuning, and security updates
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams to identify and implement resolutions
• Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft Dynamics systems and functionalities
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features, updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics administration tools, system configuration, user management, and security roles
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and Microsoft Dynamics architecture
• Experience with system maintenance activities such as database management, performance tuning, and security updates
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS for reporting and analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
