Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity, quality, and reliability of ERP-enabled business processes
• Analyze, document, and improve Finance and Operations business processes
• Diagnose, document, test, and review all changes to the ERP and related systems
• Build staff capacity through training and continuous support to ERP business users
• Provide first and second-level support for ERP Financials and Supply Chain service requests
• Test core functionalities, new enhancements, and production defect resolutions
• Act as intermediary between stream leads, process owners, and implementation partners
• Maintain business processes in Microsoft Lifecycle and MAVIM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or Informatics
• Accounting certification is mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365 or similar ERP
• Specialized expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O) processes
• Knowledge of financial and logistics concepts and IT application controls
• Experience handling ERP change management projects
• English proficiency (minimum B2) and Spanish proficiency (minimum B2+)
• Advanced proficiency in standard software and minor programming using macros
