Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O business logic, application objects, reports and integrations for IHS global deployments based in the UAE (Dubai).
  • Lead full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, configurations and market expansions, ensuring alignment with global IT architecture and best practices.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable system solutions and automated processes.
  • Provide technical subject-matter expertise on finance, supply chain (including advanced warehouse management), procurement, fixed assets, inventory and HR modules.
  • Manage D365 Lifecycle Services (LCS), Microsoft OEM relationship, cloud provisioning, storage and license optimisation.
  • Support integrations using Business Events, Power Platform, Azure services and third-party connectors; oversee data management and migration activities.
  • Drive operational effectiveness, recommend system enhancements, and support SOX and IT governance controls.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for D365 F&O standard and ISV solutions in coordination with Microsoft and implementation partners.
  • Mentor peers, promote innovation, ensure delivery quality and meet project deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science or related field
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • 8+ years D365 F&O experience
  • Expert D365 F&O knowledge
  • X++ programming
  • C# / .NET
  • SQL Server
  • SSRS / SSIS
  • Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Power Platform
  • Integration experience
  • SOX compliance knowledge
  • Agile / Waterfall experience
  • Strong stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large, publicly listed organisations
  • Advanced knowledge of finance & supply chain processes
  • Experience with advanced warehouse management implementations
  • Proven track record in cross-functional stakeholder leadership and change management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
