Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements analysis to understand business goals and objectives
• Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between base offerings and client requirements
• Create detailed business documentation, including process specs, user stories, and test criteria
• Configure Power Apps Dynamics 365-based solutions and Altai Web Portal components
• Leverage Power Automate to implement and configure business logic
• Provide client training on product setup and usage
• Mentor and provide guidance to newer Consultants
• Maintain accurate time and task tracking to meet personal billability goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and configuring business solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• 3+ years of experience conducting discovery and gap analysis engagements
• 3+ years of experience creating detailed business documentation for CRM implementations
• Extensive Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work remotely during ET business hours and travel occasionally to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications
• Experience working within the association industry
