Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain customizations within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Develop plugins using C# / .NET and client-side scripting with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Design and maintain robust integrations across internal and external systems using REST, OData, and event-driven patterns
• Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across Fabric and Dataverse
• Develop dashboards, reports, and semantic models using DAX and Power BI
• Develop and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for D365 CE and Azure resources
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize deployed Azure services and integrated systems
• Execute technical testing including unit, integration, and regression testing
• Produce technical documentation including architecture diagrams and data dictionaries

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) and Dataverse
• Proficiency in C# / .NET for plugin development
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for client-side scripting
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Model-driven apps)
• Knowledge of APIs (REST, OData, JSON) and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration or enterprise application development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
