Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain customizations within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including entities, forms, views, and model-driven apps
• Develop plugins using C# / .NET and implement client-side scripting with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Design and maintain robust integrations across internal and external systems using REST, OData, and event-driven patterns
• Develop and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus / Event Grid
• Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across Fabric and Dataverse
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, including semantic models and DAX calculations
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for D365 CE solutions and Azure resources
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and integration failures within defined SLAs
• Produce technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration specifications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration or enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) and Dataverse
• Proficiency in C# / .NET for plugin development and JavaScript / TypeScript for client-side scripting
• Extensive experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus / Event Grid)
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, OData, JSON) and integration patterns
• Experience with Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power BI
• Proficiency with SQL Server and advanced querying
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and solution lifecycle management (ALM)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
