About the role

Responsibilities

  • Position HSO in prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling and closing new business
  • Develop and manage all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, and closing
  • Lead introductory meetings with prospects using a consultative sales approach
  • Develop strategic accounts and execute sales strategies with defined sales plays
  • Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development to develop lead generation campaigns
  • Respond to RFPs and leverage Microsoft ecosystem network to position solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Professional Services clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead qualification, solution scoping, and negotiation

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience selling Microsoft Business Applications and/or Cloud services
  • Prior consulting, business analyst, implementation, or product support experience relating to Microsoft Business Solutions
  • Prior sales experience selling Enterprise Solutions, preferably Microsoft
  • Strong and established Professional Services client base within the space
  • Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive effective solutions
  • Proven experience closing business for technology sales in the Professional Services sector
  • Ability to travel 30% or more
