Microsoft CRM Consultant for UAE

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (entities, forms, workflows, plugins, custom workflows).
• Implement front-end scripting using JavaScript and client-side web resources.
• Develop server-side code (C#) and integrate with external systems and databases (SQL, Azure services where applicable).
• Lead configuration, solution packaging and deployments to CRM environments.
• Work onsite at the client (UAE bank) as a deputed consultant; liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create technical documentation, perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT and production rollouts.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRM customizations, plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript and SQL.
• Willingness to join within 1 month and work onsite in the UAE (deputed to a bank).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure services and identity/integration patterns.
• Prior experience working on UAE-based client engagements.
