Microsoft AI Business Applications Presales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and Microsoft sellers to qualify and shape AI opportunities
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify high-value AI use cases
• Architect, design, and demonstrate Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise customers
• Build reusable demos, accelerators, and POCs
• Advise customers on Copilot orchestration, conversational design, and security
• Contribute to sales playbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical collateral

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and demonstrating Copilot Studio solutions
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM capabilities, and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and compliance considerations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proven experience in partner presales, solution consulting, or technical sales
• Strong storytelling and demo skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or AI
• Experience building industry-specific AI solutions
• Background in system integration, consulting, or managed services
• Understanding of partner incentives and co-sell programs
