About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for M365 users including email, Teams, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot incidents across Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure Active Directory
- Configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Monitor service health and analyze performance metrics
- Manage data backups using tools like Veeam or AvePoint
- Oversee M365 license allocation and subscription renewals
- Support collaboration tools and third-party integrations
- Perform updates, patch management, and feature rollouts
- Conduct end-user training and documentation
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in M365 support or administration
- Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online
- Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive management
- Knowledge of backup tools like Veeam or AvePoint
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
