About the role

Responsibilities

  • Configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
  • Monitor service health and analyze performance metrics

  • Oversee M365 license allocation and subscription renewals
  • Support collaboration tools and third-party integrations
  • Perform updates, patch management, and feature rollouts
  • Conduct end-user training and documentation
