Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and planning by identifying business needs and translating them into technical solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Advise on digital workplace strategy, cloud migration, and modernization.
• Participate in roadmap planning and technology selection.
• Design, lead, and quality-assure solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with a focus on both technology and business value.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365.
• Deep understanding of identity management, information protection, and cloud-based security.
• Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, and automation with Power Platform.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions pedagogically to both developers and management.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification.
