Microsoft 365 Exchange Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and operational support, managing incidents and service requests for Aero Commercial and GCCH tenants
• Administer Exchange Servers (on-premises) and manage Exchange Online and hybrid environments, including migrations
• Administer and support GCC High (GCCH) environments to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Implement RBAC for secure access control and manage SSL/TLS certificates
• Support M&A activities, including tenant migrations and integrations
• Enforce email policies, apply security best practices, and monitor system performance
• Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and data management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives
• ITIL experience or certification
• Strong project management and leadership skills
