Microsoft 365 Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional technical point of contact for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID administration, including user/group management, sign-in diagnostics, and MFA troubleshooting.
• Execute approved Microsoft 365 changes following established change control and CAB processes.
• Handle regional escalations and coordinate incident resolution with global service owners.
• Use PowerShell to perform bulk administrative tasks, generate operational reports, and automate processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations through configuration audits and content searches.
• Collaborate with M365 Architects and global platform teams to support regional rollouts and pilots.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID user and group management.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for diagnostic and administrative tasks.
• Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and GDPR principles.
• Experience working in a multinational IT environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and the ServiceNow platform.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
