Microsoft 365 Endpoint & Identity Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Windows Autopilot solutions
• Configure Identity & Access controls including MFA, PIM, Identity Governance, and Entitlement Management
• Manage endpoint enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and MAM
• Implement Zero Trust principles by integrating identity, device compliance, and access controls
• Own the complete deployment lifecycle from discovery workshops to production rollout and operational handover
• Develop reusable configuration baselines, PowerShell automation scripts, and operational runbooks
• Act as a trusted advisor to translate client security objectives into Microsoft 365 solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying Microsoft identity and endpoint technologies in consulting or managed security environments
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access models
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Knowledge of MENA regulatory and data residency requirements (SAMA, NCA, SDAIA, PDPL)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
• Additional Microsoft Security certifications
