Microsoft 365 Endpoint & Identity Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Windows Autopilot solutions.
• Implement Zero Trust principles by integrating identity, device compliance, and access controls to enforce least-privilege access.
• Configure identity governance tools including Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and Entitlement Management.
• Manage endpoint protection through attack surface reduction policies, EDR, and device risk management.
• Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle from discovery workshops and security assessments to production rollout and operational handover.
• Develop technical documentation, including secure configuration guides, deployment templates, and operational runbooks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating security objectives into scalable Microsoft 365 configurations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying Microsoft identity and endpoint technologies in consulting or professional services.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access.
• Proven experience with Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of MENA regulatory and data residency requirements (e.g., SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, SDAIA).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to facilitate client workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
