About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, and Records Management
- Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to develop target-state data governance designs
- Implement enterprise data classification frameworks using Sensitivity Labels and auto-labeling
- Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365 workloads and endpoints
- Deploy retention labels, legal hold, and regulatory retention capabilities
- Configure Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, and eDiscovery solutions
- Own the complete deployment lifecycle from assessment through production deployment and handover
- Develop technical design documents, implementation guides, and operational runbooks
- Act as a trusted advisor to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- Experience designing and deploying Microsoft Purview solutions
- Proficiency in implementing data classification and encryption frameworks
- Expertise in configuring DLP, retention policies, and records management
- Knowledge of Insider Risk Management and eDiscovery (Standard and Premium)
- Ability to manage the full deployment lifecycle and produce technical documentation
- Excellent English communication skills
