Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Productivity Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the Microsoft 365 Copilot proposition, delivery methodology, and solution approach for enterprise and public sector engagements
• Lead client engagements by presenting Copilot as a comprehensive AI productivity transformation programme
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams across Collaboration, Data Security, Identity, and Power Platform
• Conduct readiness assessments covering licensing, data governance, permissions, and security
• Lead the provisioning and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and configure grounding across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Design Copilot extensibility solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
• Ensure deployments comply with enterprise identity, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview controls
• Develop use-case catalogues, value realization frameworks, and success metrics
• Partner with Adoption & Change Management consultants to drive user adoption

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, and grounding
• Expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint Online
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered productivity solutions
• Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing, content governance, and information architecture
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and AI governance frameworks
• Strong executive stakeholder management and solution architecture skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-related certifications
• Working proficiency in Arabic
