Microsoft 365 Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the use and further development of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Design and implement solutions specifically focusing on SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot
• Contribute to information architecture, structure, and modern collaboration solutions
• Participate in customer projects ranging from initial analysis and design to implementation and management
• Collaborate closely with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders
• Contribute to internal professional development by sharing knowledge and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, with specific expertise in SharePoint and Teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its application in business environments
• Strong understanding of information architecture and modern digital workspaces
• Experience in consulting, implementation, or solution development
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
