Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Content Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Project, and Loop solutions
• Implement SharePoint Online communication sites, intranet portals, hub sites, and information architecture
• Define governance policies for Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Plan and execute content migration from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online
• Develop reusable deployment templates, provisioning scripts, and implementation runbooks
• Act as a technical advisor to translate business productivity goals into Microsoft 365 solutions
• Collaborate with Identity, Security, and AI consultants to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions in consulting or professional services
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Viva
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, architecture, and content management
• Experience with content migration from legacy environments
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models (E3, E5, Copilot)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable
