Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational and change readiness assessments to identify stakeholder needs and adoption barriers
• Facilitate leadership workshops to define Microsoft 365 and Copilot vision and success metrics
• Design and deliver structured change management programmes using methodologies like Prosci ADKAR
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications plans, and resistance management activities
• Design and deliver role-based training programmes, workshops, and learning paths
• Establish and manage Microsoft 365 and Copilot Champions Networks
• Monitor adoption and usage using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights
• Develop executive dashboards and adoption reports to measure productivity improvements
• Act as a trusted advisor to help organizations maximize business value from Microsoft 365 investments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, organizational change management, or Microsoft 365 transformation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments
• Practical experience applying Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management frameworks
• Experience designing role-based training and Champions programmes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 usage analytics and Viva Insights
• Strong facilitation, workshop delivery, and executive communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to support client engagements across the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
• Microsoft 365 Copilot-related Microsoft certifications
