Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption and change management programmes.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments to identify stakeholder needs, user personas, and adoption barriers.
• Facilitate leadership workshops to define vision, business objectives, and phased adoption roadmaps.
• Develop structured change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication plans using methodologies like Prosci ADKAR.
• Design role-based training programmes, learning paths, and Champions Networks to encourage peer learning.
• Utilize Microsoft Viva Learning to support continuous user adoption and enablement.
• Monitor adoption and usage through Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to measure productivity improvements and business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with technical consultants to deliver integrated transformation programmes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, organizational change management, or Microsoft 365 transformation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 adoption and user enablement programmes.
• Practical experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Viva Learning and M365 usage analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or Copilot-related Microsoft certifications.
• Working proficiency in Arabic.
