About the Company
Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize human-digital interaction.
Responsibilities
- Produce thin-film microelectrode arrays
- Operate equipment including ASML, photoresist spin coater, reactive ion etcher, and e-beam evaporator
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment calibration and performance
- Create and maintain process and equipment documentation
- Collect data and detect defects on production lines
- Assist in data analysis of throughput, quality, and repeatability
- Collaborate with engineers to refine and improve manufacturing processes
- Test finished thin-film arrays against required specifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work second shift (6 pm to 2 am, Monday through Friday)
- Ability to work in a medical device regulatory environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods in a cleanroom
- Ability to travel to other manufacturing locations such as Austin, Texas
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cleanroom or precision lab environment
- Solid understanding of basic physics and engineering fundamentals
- Ability to interpret and disseminate technical information
