About the Company

Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize human-digital interaction.

Responsibilities

• Produce thin-film microelectrode arrays
• Operate equipment including ASML, photoresist spin coater, reactive ion etcher, and e-beam evaporator
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment calibration and performance
• Create and maintain process and equipment documentation
• Collect data and detect defects on production lines
• Assist in data analysis of throughput, quality, and repeatability
• Collaborate with engineers to refine and improve manufacturing processes
• Test finished thin-film arrays against required specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work second shift (6 pm to 2 am, Monday through Friday)
• Ability to work in a medical device regulatory environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods in a cleanroom
• Ability to travel to other manufacturing locations such as Austin, Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cleanroom or precision lab environment
• Solid understanding of basic physics and engineering fundamentals
• Ability to interpret and disseminate technical information
