About the Company
Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize human-digital interaction.
Responsibilities
- Produce microelectrode arrays and collaborate with engineers to maintain equipment and processes
- Operate cleanroom equipment including ASML, mask aligners, spin coaters, RIE, e-beam evaporators, and PVD/CVD systems
- Troubleshoot equipment calibration and performance
- Create and maintain process and equipment documentation
- Collect data and visually detect defects on production lines
- Assist in data analysis regarding throughput, quality, and repeatability
- Ensure product quality and conformance to design requirements
- Test finished thin-film arrays against required specifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a medical device regulatory environment
- Ability to travel to other manufacturing locations such as Austin, Texas
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for long periods in a cleanroom
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on cleanroom experience
- Experience with K-Layout, L-Edit, or Solidworks
- Solid understanding of basic physics and engineering fundamentals
