Responsibilities

• Produce microelectrode arrays and collaborate with engineers to maintain equipment and processes
• Operate cleanroom equipment including ASML, mask aligners, spin coaters, RIE, e-beam evaporators, and PVD/CVD systems
• Troubleshoot equipment calibration and performance
• Create and maintain process and equipment documentation
• Collect data and visually detect defects on production lines
• Assist in data analysis regarding throughput, quality, and repeatability
• Ensure product quality and conformance to design requirements
• Test finished thin-film arrays against required specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a medical device regulatory environment
• Ability to travel to other manufacturing locations such as Austin, Texas
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for long periods in a cleanroom

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on cleanroom experience
• Experience with K-Layout, L-Edit, or Solidworks
• Solid understanding of basic physics and engineering fundamentals
