Microbiology Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality and operation of the QC Microbiology department
• Provide technical support to clients regarding Validation and Verification
• Write protocols, technical reports, and customer quotations
• Investigate customer quality complaints and implement CAPAs
• Ensure timely response to client requests for analytical testing information
• Organize departmental projects to improve internal efficiency and quality
• Prepare and revise quality documentation for the QC Microbiology Department
• Support Sales and Marketing with technical expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology or equivalent experience
• Up to 10 years of analytical laboratory management experience
• Deep knowledge of microbiology principles and analytical microbiology expertise
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate workload, and manage a department
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot assay and equipment problems
