Microbiology Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the setup and establishment of the microbiology testing laboratory
• Build and manage the microbiology team and oversee daily laboratory operations
• Manage the microbiology laboratory and maintain a proper laboratory environment
• Develop microbiological testing methods based on customer requirements
• Continuously improve and develop microbiological testing methods and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Bioengineering, Chemical Testing, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in microbiological testing
• At least 3 years of laboratory management experience
• Experience in third-party testing laboratories
• Familiarity with CMA and CNAS audit processes
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing and preservative efficacy testing
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive microbiology testing experience
• Background in third-party textile or toy microbiology testing
