Microbiology Intern (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for internalizing microbiological analyses for dietary supplements
• Implement analytical methods including Total Aerobic Microbial Count (DGAT), yeasts and molds (DMLT), and specified germ searches
• Ensure method compliance with applicable standards such as the Pharmacopoeia and ISO norms
• Participate in the qualification and validation of new analytical methods
• Organize laboratory logistics, including workflows, equipment selection, and consumables management
• Develop necessary documentation, including procedures, instructions, and records
• Evaluate the quality, time, and cost benefits resulting from the internalization project

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 (Bac+5) in Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biology, Quality, or an equivalent field
• Knowledge of microbiology applied to food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical products
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements (European Pharmacopoeia, ISO standards)
• Strong scientific rigor, autonomy, and analytical skills
• Desire to lead a structured project from method definition to implementation
• Interest in utilizing AI to improve quality and operational efficiency
