Micro Analyst and Day Support

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological sampling, testing, and reporting to ensure products meet quality standards
• Utilize techniques such as aseptic sampling, plating, staining, microscopy, and LIMS systems
• Support brewery operations by troubleshooting issues and interpreting results for production teams
• Drive quality and compliance by adhering to Quality Sample Plans, GMP standards, and food safety requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow between Quality and Operations
• Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff and production personnel on QC testing methods
• Offer flexible shift support to assist shift-based Micro Analysts as required

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant scientific field
• Experience working in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment
• Practical knowledge of microbiological techniques
• Strong understanding of GMP and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Food Safety legislation and HACCP
