MICE Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets
• Proactively generate new business from corporate clients, travel trade partners, and MICE organizers
• Cultivate and expand long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Prepare sales forecasts, detailed reports, and performance analyses
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Marketing
• 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or tourism sectors
• Established network within the corporate or travel trade sectors in Thailand
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel extensively within Thailand and potentially internationally
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
