MICE Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competitor activities
• Support the Director of Sales and Marketing in preparing department budgets and overall hotel sales goals and strategy
• Represent the hotel professionally at industry tradeshows and conferences while adhering to budget and marketing plans

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a large luxury resort
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
