Responsibilities
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Support the director of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget and hotel sales goals/strategy
- Represent the hotel professionally at industry tradeshows and conferences
- Adhere to budget and marketing plan guidelines
Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or related hospitality field
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
