MICE Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales and operational activities for MICE and events business
• Proactively target MICE opportunities in local and international markets, specifically the Chinese market
• Sell hotel event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue
• Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
• Establish business and market share for MICE and special events
• Maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Mandarin fluency
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or relevant field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Customer-service orientation
• Proven track record of achieving targets
