About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales and operational activities for MICE and events business
- Proactively target MICE opportunities in local and international markets
- Sell hotel event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue
- Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
- Establish business and market share for MICE and special events
- Maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or relevant field
- Customer-service orientation
- Skilled in project management
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
