MI and Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Chilled network and site reporting using Microsoft Power Platform
• Deliver Chilled Self-Serve Power BI and Apps pipeline
• Maintain delivery plans, reporting progress, risks, and benefits tracking
• Collaborate with Group IT on governance, technical documentation, and UAT
• Oversee a forum of divisional Power BI and Application superusers
• Provide technical review and sign-off for business self-serve users
• Support upskilling and coaching of colleagues on Power BI and Applications
• Lead network CI projects and initiatives to unlock benefits
• Engage with senior stakeholders and support the CLL business-wide Change and CI strategy

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills
• Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP, M-Type, SCE, TMS, or Info view
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams)
• Experience in the chilled logistics sector preferred
• Experience working closely with operations and implementing change
