MF Operator I - Specialty Injectables

Responsibilities

• Perform basic setup, operation, disassembly, and cleaning of manufacturing equipment for specialty injectables.
• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and strict aseptic techniques within a clean room environment.
• Accurately execute and document batch record activities, ensuring compliance with SOP requirements.
• Follow safety protocols, including clean room gowning requirements and hazardous waste handling procedures.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of in-process and finished products, such as pre-filled syringes.
• Support sterile bulking processes and assist with equipment Steam In Place (SIP) procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years of technical or manufacturing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more) and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in basic math and writing skills for accurate documentation in batch records and logbooks.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment, including wearing respirators and full PPE for extended periods.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.00 - $28.00 depending on experience.
• Shift differentials available: $2.50/hr for B Shift and $4.50/hr for D Shift.
