About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new collection models by creating prototypes, conducting assembly tests, and validating technical solutions.
- Create and formalize industrial documentation, including production files, operating sequences, and assembly validation tests.
- Develop production tools such as molds, templates, dies, and manufacturing supports in collaboration with the Methods Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, processes, and the Maison's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Propose technical improvements regarding assembly methods, materials, reinforcements, and product/process optimization.
- Integrate manufacturing methods from Spanish workshops to evolve industrial expertise.
- Maintain and update costing and timing tables for each project.
- Collaborate closely with Collection, Design, and Production teams to balance aesthetic excellence with industrial constraints.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury, high-end, or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in leather goods manufacturing, assembly, and finished products.
- Mastery of CAD tools, specifically Mozart and/or AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of workshop machinery and leatherworking techniques.
- Fluency in both French and Spanish is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
