Responsibilities

• Set up and fine-tune new tooling to qualify new products
• Formalize tooling setup reports and technical assessments
• Develop and optimize new manufacturing processes and equipment
• Write user guides and machine setting sheets
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Provide technical support to the production department
• Ensure the preservation of expertise through formalization and training

Requirements

• HES Engineer degree, ES Technician in microtechnique, or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of stamping techniques and mechanical skills
• Proven experience in material forming
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player with a hands-on approach
