About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance testing and high-precision measurements for gearbox and drive components
- Plan, prepare, and document testing processes and measurement sequences
- Create measurement programs, define measurement tools, and establish geometric data from technical drawings
- Simulate measurement processes, perform error correction, and manage archiving
- Inspect parts, assemblies, and systems for functional accuracy and dimensional precision
- Adjust components to ensure functionality and optimize testing processes based on result evaluations
- Establish framework conditions for programming measurement equipment and create 8D reports as needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in precision mechanics (e.g., fine mechanics) or quality management
- Several years of experience with tactile measurement and measurement software, specifically Calypso
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work within a 3-shift system
- Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English
- High level of responsibility, conscientiousness, and a precise working style
