Metrology Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and system operations including equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, and failure analysis
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Change Point Management (CPM) and system maintenance
• Conduct failure analysis and use troubleshooting scripts to anticipate and resolve issues
• Monitor equipment and processes to proactively identify and implement improvements
• Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line product and process adjustments
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to support production of memory chips and logic

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification (equivalent to medical technologist or 4 years of technical military service)
• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of TPM concepts
• Electro-mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
• Ability to work off-hours if necessary
