Metrology and Test Equipment Services (MATES) Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing quality engineering and technical activities throughout the metrology lifecycle
• Develop quality strategies and plans to support new business acquisition and program execution
• Provide education and coaching regarding the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Acquire and manage resources while providing technical management and leading performance improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
• Oversee the review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
• Manage, develop, and motivate a diverse team of employees

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• US Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• 3+ years of experience in a calibration laboratory
• 3+ years of experience conducting or leading QMS Audits
• Experience leading teams across multiple geographic locations
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience developing root cause corrective actions
